With a crowd of freshmen and a number of sophomore, juniors, and seniors, the dance was far from a flop. Because there was no prepaid tickets the admission fee of five dollars was simply collected at the door. The student council, charged with this dance as well as the November 1st Homecoming, started on Friday at 3pm with decorations. By Saturday, the decorations had transformed most of Saga. - Kenneth Kang STUDENT COUNCIL REPORT Emil, in an effort to better plan Homecoming, called an informal, council-only meeting at a classified location and time. The agenda is rumored to be the Theme as well as the Activities for Spirit Week. Please contact your class representatives if you have any concerns or suggestions. Class Officer's Reports on the various dance for the school year were presented. Sophomore Semi-Formal has yet to announce a theme and location. Junior Officers have booked Airport Hyatt for the Formal and are arranging the location of the Father-Daughter Dance. They are also investigating a Junior-Senior activity. Senior Officers are debating the use of a live band for the Sadie Hawking's dance. The remainder of the meeting began the discussion of students' rights. - Kenneth Kang The Subterranean Crusader is a weekly student run publication edited by Kenneth Kang.
